Beginners welcome for Level ONE
You must have taken one prior beginner class to take Level TWO.

This fitness class will offer core and upper body strengthening as well as lower body flexibility and toning. Indulge yourself in fun and light play that will tickle your inner child as it re-awakens your sensuality and appreciation of your natural physical movement.

Spots are limited so we do require registration in advance.

COST: One session - $25.00

Both sessions - $40.00
